Financial Coordinator
Carolyn will happily answer all of your questions regarding insurance and payment plans. She has worked with Dr. Yau since 2015 and has a background in Business. Carolyn is also an amazing baker and makes wonderful cupcakes, which are appreciated by the office team and her children!
Jennie S.
Scheduling Coordinator
Jennie enjoys meeting people and greets the patients as they come into the office. She helps schedules appointments and makes sure to find the best dates and times. You can hear her friendly voice when she answers your calls. Jennie enjoys cooking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
Kathy H.
Scheduling Coordinator
Kathy has been working as a receptionist in the medical field for over 14 years. She assists in scheduling appointments, contacting patients through doctor referrals, sending appointment reminders to patients via text and responding to patient emails. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to paint, read books and watch movies. She also loves to travel and try out new food places.

Registered Dental Assistant
Sonia joined our office in 2008 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been working since 1988 in the orthodontic field. Her favorite hobbies including fishing with her family and going on walks with her dog, Chucko.

Registered Dental Assistant
TT has been a part of this office since 2000. Before that, she worked as a Registered Dental Assistant in orthodontics since 1997. She loves spending time with her daughter Sarah and her son Vincent on the weekends.
